Regularly Access 3.5/5 There is a small step up into the building. Ramp access can be provided on request. The venue also has a modern disabled toilet. also has an upper floor that is not accessible to wheelchair users. Customer service 5/5 There is always plenty of staff around on any day you go in. The staff are cheerful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are quick to serve and always ask how was it at the end pf your meal Quality of food 4/5 There  is a large extensive menu that offers so much choice, as well as an all you can eat breakfast for under £9 which is excellent quality and daily specials on specials boards. Cote Canterbury

Date of visit 2/5/25 Cote is a French restaurant located in the very heart of Canterbury, close to everything, shops cathedral buses, taxis and about 10 minutes walk from both Canterbury East and West. Access 4/5 It has level access for those with mobility issues with a large ground floor space and reasonable sized outdoor seating area, which is great in the summer if you enjoy eating outside. It also has an upstairs seating area which is inaccessible for people with mobility issues and a reasonably sized disabled toilet which is located at the back of the restaurant on the ground floor. Customer service 3.5/5 The customer service we received on our visit was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for staff, which given how busy they were was refreshing. I did notice that a few people were kept waiting at tables and this did not appear to be picked up by management. I was aware that some people were seated and choose to leave without being served. Quality of food 4/5 I had the St...

Lime Street Central Liverpool

Located close to Lime Street Station. It is an ideal location for a pub/restaurant it is close to the major transport hubs in Liverpool. 2 minutes from the bus station and 2 minutes from Lime Street Station Access 5/5 Totally flat access throughout the premises. It is a really spacious venue. It has an accessible toilet that is a crapped because of 2 big bins a removal of one of those would make it so much easier for wheelchair users to navigate in the accessible toilet. Customer Service 5/5 Customer service in this venue is excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, from removing the veg from our dinner to answering the many questions I had about the other events that go take place at the venue. Quality of food 4.5/5 Excellent options on the menu including vegan and vegetarian. We ordered two roast beef sirloin dinners with roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding. The beef had a mustard coating an was amazing in taste and texture. The roast potatoes were light and fluffy and also cooked in...

Vernon Arms Vernon Street Liverpool

The Vernon Arms is traditional pub. It has been a pub since Victorian times which was lovingly restored and reopened in 2009. I have visited numerous times on my trips to Liverpool. THEY DO NOT SERVE FOOD AT THE WEEKENDS. This is to cater for the busyness of the pub when major sporting events take place. Access 3/5 Access for people with disabilities can be gained via a side door as the front door has a step. It has no disabled toilet. The nearest disabled toilet is at the Premier Inn about 100 yards away, probably less. It is however at the hotels discretion if they will allow customers from outside the hotel to use the disabled toilet. You will need a radar key for access. Customer Service 4/5 The customer service is always good here. Today was no different if a little slower because the barman was on his own and the pub was very busy. Quality of Food 5/5 We ordered Steak and Kidney Pie Chips and gravy twice. This was very good hot all the way through with large pieces of steak and c...

Indian Tiffin Rooms Duke Street Liverpool

Date of visit 19/3/25 In this review I will be scoring everything out of 5 Access 4.5/5 The venue has steps at the front which are inaccessible, how the good thing is it has an amazing accessible entrance in the courtyard at the back of the building. Staff need to be made aware of access requirements on booking. It has a disabled toilet that is fully functioning and the emergency cord does work. Customer Service 5/5 What an excellent experience from the moment we walked in. we were made to feel extremely welcome. The  welcome was warm friendly and accommodating. The staff were attentive but never overbearing. They were also very confident in what they were doing, and very relaxed in the process. They also ask about alleges before they take your order so they can recommend dishes for you. Food arrived very promptly and it was still very hot 20 minutes later.  Quality of food 5/5 Mini Poppadoms, This was very unique because the mini poppadoms were many different colours, t...

Victoria Hotel London Road Canterbury

Located on the outskirts of the city 15 minutes walk from Canterbury East railway station on one side of the city and 10 minutes walk from Canterbury West on the other side. The venue is service by many different bus routes that go throughout the city Date of Visit 9/3/25 I will be scoring everything out of 5 This is an excellent venue that has decent access for wheelchair users and people with disabilities in general. It has a front and rear entrance. The main doors at the back are quite tight for anything other than a standard wheelchair. In my opinion it would probably be better to use the front entrance as the doors are wider. The hotel has a small disabled toilet located in the bar.  Score 4/5 Customer service The customer service here is more often than not excellent. The hotel is very busy on a Sunday when we usually go as a family so service can seem a little slow if the hotel is busy, however the staff are always friendly and accommodating even if they are run off their fe...
